Friends of Arrow Rock is committed to the conscientious preservation of many of the most significant buildings in the National Historic Landmark Village of Arrow Rock. In its 61-year history, this organization has restored and continues to maintain 13 buildings, so it's not bragging to say we know a thing or two about preservation and we've made connections with some of the most respected preservationists in the U.S.
One of those preservationists, Bob Yapp, will be in Arrow Rock on May 1, 2021, to present a day of seminars filled with preservation tips and training. As the former host of a PBS television show dedicated to historic preservation, Bob is an engaging speaker who backs up his wit with wisdom.
It it our hope to provide this valuable day of learning for free to all who wish to attend, but to make that possible, we need a sponsor or sponsors to offset the $3,500 cost of the program. All who donate $250 or more will be acknowledged during the event. A signature sponsor who donates the full $3,500 will be acknowledged in all publicity and promotional materials for the event.
Help us spread the preservation message!
Thank you for your commitment to historic preservation!
